VOA News: Reporter Steve Sandford tells On Assignment's Philip Alexiou about the plight of Burma's Rohingya Muslims -- many of whom have fled on boats to Thailand to escape attacks. In Burma, they are considered illegal immigrants and denied citizenship. And, as Steve reports, Thailand isn't treating them much better.
